During my tenure at Insulet Corporation, I performed a comprehensive update of a 288-scene Articulate Storyline patient training course for the Omnipod® 5 — the first and only tubeless automated insulin delivery (AID) system in the U.S. market. This self-paced eLearning guides newly prescribed patients through device setup, everyday use, and glucose management across a clinically complex product indicated for both Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes patients.

My work included standardizing naming conventions across the full file, video editing and asset updates, and a complete ground-up redesign of the Alarms and Notifications module — transforming one of the course's most clinically critical sections into a cleaner, more navigable learning experience. Working within a regulated medical device environment, I maintained instructional integrity across a large-scale Storyline file while ensuring alignment with updated product specifications and compliance requirements.

The course supports Insulet's mission to equip patients and their care teams with the confidence and knowledge to get the most from their Omnipod® 5 system.
