About Me
Anne-Marie Fiore, Ed.D.

Dissertation: Fiore, A. M. (2017). Exploring the Role of the School Network for Technology Integration. Northcentral University.
I hold dual certifications from the University of Michigan in Learning Experience Design and Generative AI as a Learning Design Partner, along with additional credentials in AI-powered L&D, Generative AI (Microsoft), and Prompt Engineering.
I am skilled in Articulate Rise/Storyline, VYOND, Adobe Creative Cloud, and various LMS platforms, with proven expertise in AI-powered learning, curriculum development, UX design, and project management..
Philosophy
I believe learning design is fundamentally an act of empathy. Before a single slide is built or a learning objective is written, I need to understand who the learner is, what's getting in their way, and what success actually looks like for them and their organization.
Clients
I come in as a thought partner, not just an executor. Every engagement starts with listening. I ask the questions that surface what's really needed — not just what's been requested. From there I move quickly, keeping stakeholders close through iterative reviews and transparent communication.
